During my time studying for a degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Basque Culinary Center, I had the opportunity to work in several renowned restaurants to learn the needs and operations of the sector.
During this time:
• I worked at Les Cols ⭐️⭐️, a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Olot, Girona. I was in the tasting menu kitchen and in pastry, where I learned how to work in a high-end restaurant.
• I worked as a cook at Dos Pebrots, a gastronomic restaurant in Barcelona. This open kitchen restaurant allowed me to learn teamwork and manage the stress of such services.
• I worked at LABe Restaurant, a restaurant in San Sebastián that works with local products. I worked in the service kitchen, the production kitchen, and in the dining room, learning how a restaurant operates from all angles.

LABeVoz

LABeVoz is a mobile application for both iOS and Android, developed in Expo + React-Native + TypeScript with authentication in Firebase and database in AWS DynamoDB.

This application manages various internal processes of a restaurant, such as order reception, inventory management, and shopping list.

The application was completed and received offers and interest for acquisition.

FoodAudit is a web project developed for a food industry company to automate data capture and processing during the quality control stage.

Application developed with NextJS + React + TypeScript, with authentication in Firebase and database in Firestore.

The application allows uploading raw data files, processes them, generates metrics, saves them in the database, and displays them in an organized manner, allowing parameter editing and correct data export.

The application was completed and used by the company in a real environment, supporting the opening of new branches.

Due to the confidential nature of the project, related images and videos have been edited or hidden.

WorkMood

WorkMood is a web app developed to manage my working hours. I developed it while learning to use NextJS to familiarize myself with the framework.

It follows the Pomodoro method, with the added feature of assigning a YouTube link to each stage so that it plays during that stage. Additionally, it allows assigning ambient sounds that can be combined with YouTube songs.

It also allows editing and configuring the stages and their duration.

Bento Grid Generator

Bento Grid Generator is a web app created to facilitate the creation of Bento Grids, as a visual aid simplifies the process.

It allows creating different element layouts, columns, and rows for the bento grid, as well as editing some style settings and exporting the grid in pure CSS or Tailwind. All with a Japanese Bento theme and visually friendly.

PiPico W IoT

PiPico W IoT is a personal project created to facilitate the development of personal IoT projects with Raspberry Pi Pico W boards.

Developed in MicroPython, it is a template that implements the initialization functionality of an IoT. When the IoT device is turned on, it starts the process of attempting to connect to the internet. If it cannot, it creates its own wifi to which the user can connect. When someone connects, a captive portal is automatically generated that allows entering wifi credentials and saves them on the device. Then the device restarts and attempts the process again. If it can connect to the wifi this time, it opens the main process that the user wants to develop.
